AI is reshaping how organizations think, decide, and operate. But most companies apply new tools to old workflows. The real opportunity is deeper: rethinking processes, structures, and how people collaborate across functions. That's what I focus on at Afliant.
Most people go deep in one domain. I went wide across many: engineer, co-founder, CTO, product leader, Executive MBA from PoliMi. Each chapter gave me a new language — engineering, design, strategy, finance, operations. Today that fluency lets me sit with builders and boardrooms alike, surfacing connections that remain invisible from inside a single function.
I designed and shipped Aflix, an AI-native platform that didn't automate Afliant's workflows — it replaced them. The lesson: innovation isn't applying AI to what you already do. It's having the courage to stop doing it and start over.
18 years of building software, companies, and teams taught me that technology alone changes nothing: people, processes, and the skill to rethink both, that's where transformation happens.

Co-founded Creapptor and built Passdock, a platform for Apple Wallet passes, on Ruby on Rails.

Off the clock I'm happiest in the mountains — ski mountaineering, hiking, a Volkswagen California and a tent. CAI member since 1990. Nothing without my family.
